Equality and Diversity

Last year we launched our new Equality and Diversity policy with its aim of recognising that everyone has the right to be treated equally, and with dignity and respect at all times. As the policy applies to all individuals (members, volunteers and employees) of the organisation, and anyone else who may come into contact with IOSH, it is imperative we share with you the Equality and Diversity policy and the two guides created to help you understand your responsibilities for championing the agenda and the process for reporting any breaches.

Below, you will find a copy of IOSH’s Equality and Diversity policy and the two guides for you to share with your members.

Being a world leader in the field of occupational safety and health, IOSH also aspires to be an inclusive organisation and will not tolerate any form of intimidation, discrimination, bullying or harassment.
